Half year examinations approaching!

It might feel like you started college just yesterday, but December is coming up fast and so are those psychology examinations!

It has been proven over and over that the earlier you start your revision, not only will you experience less stress, you will also gain higher marks than compared to those who leave it a couple of weeks before. So, having said that, it's vital that you start your revision now if you haven't already done so.

Teaching Material Wanted!

We hope that students are finding this website useful, and we intend to update it with the new specification gradually as more material becomes available.

However, until then, we'd highly appreciate it if AQA B Psychology teachers and other members of the teaching staff could perhaps submit any material which may benefit students and of course other teachers like-wise. All credit will be given to their respective owners.

Books Updated!

The hand-picked selection of books suggested has now been updated. It also includes books containing the latest specification from Nelson Thornes along with other recommended titles.

Psychology Notes is proud to be supporting what appears to be the first ever dedicated academic psychology forum for students of schools, colleges and universities. The forum is directed to students studying psychology at any level and accommodates all questions and guidance within the field of academic psychology.

New Specification, New Books!

As we all know AQA has been working on a new specification for psychology and many other subjects too. These new specs are due to be implemented starting this year (2008). As a result of this change, there have also been new books published to accommodate those studying the new spec. At the moment, books by Nelson Thornes appear to be dominating the new AQA specification range. They have been working closey with AQA to provide the best material for students.
